Rates
Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rates quoted are in US dollars and subject to 21% government tax and service charges. One night accommodation will be charged if cancellation received 14 working days prior to the arrival. All reservations are on a request basis, subject to availability at the time of booking.

What is inclusive
Accommodation prices are including services as indicated in the accommodation publish rates description.
What is NOT inclusive Meals other than those specified in the program. Items of personal nature such as laundry , telephone calls, and in-room mini-bars.

All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply at least within 1 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed our staffs will inform you and give the other suggestion. To confirm your reservation we request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form and signature which should be send by fax to : 62-361-751510 after you submit your reservation request.

Full payment has to be made in advance prior to arrival through Diana Villa Bali by credit card (only Visa and Master Card accepted). Cut off date for reservations that already confirmed at least 14 Days prior arrival (Low Season) and 21 Days at High Season. All rate is quoted in US Dollar (US$), otherwise mention in other specified currency such as in Indonesian Rupiah. However, all transaction will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exchange rate based on the time of transaction.
